The idea of building a sauna came from the desire for my wife and I to be able to work more closely together. We both love using saunas and being surrounded by nature. I’m a carpenter and multi trade builder and Mimi is an experienced holistic massage therapist so starting a sauna business together seemed like a good fit. We bought a brand new 8ft by 4ft trailer and I got to work!

We’ve been busy for for the the last few months building the sauna, whilst also juggling our day jobs and family life with two young children. The sauna is now finally ready for everyone to enjoy. We’ve taken real pride in designing and building the sauna in order to give the best experience possible to each and every session. Not only are saunas great for reducing stress and enhancing your mood, but they also help improve sleep and are an amazing way of socially connecting. A fantastic way to ease anxiety and surrender to a heart healthy boost.

We’ve used premium products throughout the sauna ensuring efficiency, practicality and beauty. Clad in Welsh western red cedar externally, and Canadian western red cedar internally, the sauna gives off a delicious sweet forest scent. The benches are all made with Welsh larch and all materials are sauna safe ensuring a safe and relaxing experience. The sauna also boasts a cold waterfall shower, sorry no hot water, but that’s part of the authentic hot and cold therapy experience.
